Scott Latterell
Founder and CEO
Scott brings more than 25 years of experience in the medical device market, including 12 years focused specifically on urology. Previously, Scott served as the Director of Urology for Gyrus Medical, where he orchestrated the advancement of bipolar TURP technology as the industry standard for BPH care and established Gyrus as the market leader with over $80 million in U.S. sales annually.
Craig Swandal
Senior Strategic Advisor
Craig’s extensive executive management experience includes 20 years in the high tech and highly regulated manufacturing industries. He was a key player in the successful sale of four businesses and multiple business acquisitions. Previously Craig served as a senior executive for Gyrus Medical (Olympus), managing the development of Gyrus’ bipolar TURP procedure.
George Harter
Board Member
George brings 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including as CFO of several medical technology startups. Prior to these roles, he served as the Division Controller for Boston Scientific San Jose and helped build its west coast franchise.
Chris M. Smith
Senior Strategic advisor
Chris is an executive with more than 30 years of experience in the health care sector. Most recently, he served as CEO of Cochlear Limited, adding over $5 billion in shareholder value in 2.5 years. Previously, Chris was CEO of Gyrus Medical, where he oversaw implementation of a new product development process and helped grow revenue from $15 million to $45 million.
